RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.

Only regularly priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will issue the refund to them, and they will know that you returned their gift.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
